Qlyra adds a QLYRA_E2EE_LIBRARY environment override to the Dart FFI loader
for native integration tests. The v2 wire protocol is unchanged.
The ratchet refuses a forced extra DH step when an imported initiator has
never sent its first chain: the peer cannot reconstruct that skipped root.
The user can reset and re-establish this unused session. This is covered by
test/e2ee_integration_test.dart in Qlyra.
Legacy Qlyra password derivation remains in native/qlyra_crypto: its salt
context is qlyra-enc-v1, whereas upstream Komet uses komet-enc-v1.
