kusoft-net owns bounded frame encoding and incremental stream decoding. kusoft_dart owns the Rust boundary and re-exports only the core types needed by future bindings. The Dart API is deliberately not connected to the current application until protocol compatibility, authentication, session recovery, pushes, media, calls, and platform bindings are implemented and tested.
