feat: норм кружки и гс

Голосовые: индекс opus/ogg со срезами страниц, общий аудиоконтроллер
воспроизведения, переписанный ogg-энкодер. Кружки: предзагрузка видео,
геометрия кольца прогресса.

third_party/kolibri в .gitignore — локальный dev-клон, зависимость
берётся с pub.dev.
