Benedikt Kulmann f71a00114e Remove empty external apps config 
There is nothing that would activate ocis-hello as an external app, so
this can be just removed. Also it blocks the new default apps in
ocis-phoenix.

Vincent Petry e1b9dba1f7 Add missing LDAP IDP value 
Solves an issue that whenever some tests use basic auth the IDP was
wrong. This would make Reva use the wrong internal user id and IDP
and prevent matching some data like shares to the correct user id.

REVA_FRONTEND_URL and REVA_DATAGATEWAY_URL need to be set to the OCIS_DOMAIN so upload is not using localhost ;-)
